When winter hits Durham Region, two things matter most: having ice-melt on hand and being on a reliable snow route. T.A.P Landscaping delivers buckets of ice-melt to your driveway or loading area and runs seasonal residential and select light-commercial snow routes.
Here’s exactly what we offer and how we work, with a few important limitations so expectations stay clear.
We make winter simple. Order buckets of ice-melt and we drop it at your driveway or loading area so you are stocked before the next freeze. If you need clearing, our team services seasonal routes for driveways and small lots. Route clients are planned in advance so you get predictable timing during storms.
Salt delivery: Place an order through the form with your contact details, preferred drop spot, and product choice. We confirm by email or text, then deliver in the next available window. Buckets are dropped neatly at the location you specify so you can move them when it suits you.
Snow contracts: Tell us about your surface type, slope, parking, and any tight areas. We assign you to the closest route and confirm pricing and service windows. During events our plows and salters complete the route in order, then return as conditions require until all contract clients are cleared.
Salt delivery: Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Courtice, Bowmanville, Newcastle, and Port Perry.
Snow removal routes: Oshawa and Courtice.

We keep things safe and realistic.
Response windows depend on storm severity and route order.
Minimums apply for salt delivery. Current minimums and pricing are listed on the order form.
Delivery is drop-only. We do not carry buckets indoors or up stairs.
We avoid chipping ice bonded to surfaces. Salt is applied to help release the bond.
Municipal windrows (street plow ridges) are outside our control, though we do our best to time returns.
You get a local crew that knows each route and the quirks of asphalt, interlock, and gravel. We set expectations up front, communicate clearly on storm days, and focus on safe, surface-appropriate clearing. The goal is steady service with no surprises.
Small fixes now save time and stress later. Interlock resets and edging stop blades from catching raised pavers. Minor grading and drainage improvements reduce ice sheets at the end of driveways and beside walkways. Cleanups and pruning improve sightlines and give our equipment the room it needs once the snow starts.
We work the route until all contract clients are cleared. Timing only depends on number of clients and traffic. We dedicate to be there within 24 hours of the snowfall for residential.
Yes! We deliver to driveway, loading area, garage - pretty much wherever you prefer.
